Removed docker build docs + fixed CLI command for zenml pipeline build list

Describe changes

I implemented changes to improve Docker build reuse and simplify the documentation around it. Specifically:

• Removed the separate "Reuse Docker builds" and "Build the pipeline without running" pages from the documentation.
• Updated the "Use code repositories to speed up Docker build times" page to incorporate relevant information from the removed pages.
• Removed mentions of explicit build reuse from the main configuration documentation.
• Updated the CLI to hydrate pipeline builds when listing them and excluded additional columns from the output.

These changes aim to streamline the user experience around Docker builds and provide a more consolidated approach to build reuse through code repositories.
