Fix lightning orchestrator for multi-step pipelines

Describe changes

I implemented fixes for the following:

• studiorc file upload: for some reason uploading file directly to /teamspace/studios/this_studio/.lightning_studio/.studiorc doesn't work, while other file names can be uploaded just fine. implemented a workaround to first upload it under a different name and then copy it to the right location.
• added delays after file upload to avoid no file found errors
• multi-step pipeline execution was broken due to the code file not being uploaded in the right directory for steps after the first step. fixed that
