Fix sagemaker pipeline URLs

Describe changes

The Sagemaker orchestrator pipeline URL were duplicated to point to the pipeline logs URLs.
The log URLs also point to the ProcessingJobs CloudWatch log group even though the sagemaker orchestrator uses TrainingJobs now by default.
