feat: split Factory class (#452)

• [PHPStan] create a CHANGELOG.md to explain existing @phpstan-method can be dropped in userland
• [PHPStan][Psalm] update doc: remove references to @sca-method and explain how to install the sca extensions
• [Psalm] create an extension for Psalm, as well as for PHPStan chore: psalm plugin #469
• [make:factory] update maker, in order to extend from ObjectFactory in case of not persisted object feat(make:factory): use ObjectFactory for not persisted objects #494
• [make:factory] update make:factory to remove @phpstan-method``PeristenceObjectFactory chore: psalm plugin #469
• Support semantic doctrine config (xml) when checking if object is persistable

Going further, just here for the record:

• create some AttributeNormalizer classes, and extract all this logic from factories
• totally remove everything related to persistence from Configuration
• create a class \Zenstruck\Foundry\Persistence\ObjectManager
