New PR dashboard to help you stay on top of Zephyr pull requests!

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to announce a new pull request dashboard designed to help contributors and maintainers better track and manage their backlog of Zephyr pull requests. The dashboard provides insights into all open pull requests in the zephyrproject-rtos Github organization, therefore covers not just "zephyr" PRs, but also all modules, HALs, etc.

Key Features

Stay on top of PRs directly concerning you

Easily browse:

• PRs you are assigned to, and which you are responsible to drive to completion ;
• PRs you have requested changes on ;
• PRs you have previously approved and that could use a "refresh" (author has likely pushed changes dismissing your previous +1) ;
• PRs you have authored ;
• etc.

Pro tip: Experiment with column sorting to surface "low-hanging fruit" PRs that you can quickly unblock. For example, focus on PRs that haven't been "Updated" in a while and where you're the only reviewer still requesting changes - you may have missed a request for re-review after your feedback was applied.

Give some love to PRs where you might not be directly involved

• PRs that have no assignee, which anyone can possibly help get to mergeable status, as it "only" needs two people to approve it (and, occasionally, it might also help spot holes in our MAINTAINERS file in case someone should have been assigned)
• PRs that are only missing one additional approval for the assignee has already approved... and you might be able to be that second approver :)

And also...

• Quickly spot PRs failing CI, or that need rebasing and that cannot currently be rebased cleanly on main
• Auto-refresh of the data, with near real-time (10 min behind at most) status of all pull requests
• Settings such as your preferred column sorting for each table are saved in browser's local storage so that you always get the tables the way you like them
• Clicking on a Github user name will take you to "their" dashboard, which might be useful to give a hand to a co-worker/co-maintainer who's on vacation, for example.

How to use it

To use the dashboard, simply visit https://pr-dashboard.zephyrproject.io/ and enter your GitHub username in the dedicated field.
