All uses of SNC Marks or Logos in marketing, advertising, product sheets, collateral materials, website, social media, other digital media applications or promotional items should be approved by SNC prior to such use. Social media shall mean online or internet communications, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr and Google+ as well as personal websites and weblogs (blogs).

this is from the companies website. given they took down artwhale's first version of this mod i have contacted them and asked for clarification on this phrase in the context of media which is based and and inspired by dream chaser without mentioning the project's name or anything like that, but this issue is a vital one, we might need a written aproval from them and i can try to ask for that, but if not we need to find a way to circumvent this issue...

Now we can always just avoid dirrectly infering the companies name and products but thats not very preferable
