Lists: Moving several lists in one go

Description

A user should be able to select and move sevral lists (and folders?) in one go.
This was requested by Patrik in the day-team, when he was working on cleaning up among the lists in an organisation that have been using the platform for a long while.

I think this issue is M because it needs a bit of design and making it flow right

Requirements

• User can select multiple lists at a time and move them
• (Maybe: User can select multiple folders, or both folders and lists, at the same time and move them)
• This should work with both drag-and-drop and moving with the move-wizard that you access via the three dots at the end of the row for each folder or list
