步骤：

  1. 集群管理 -- 集群列表 -- 新增集群
  2. 点击确认后出现部署进度框，点击该框以外的区域

结果：
点击完该框以外的地方后，该框消失且无法从任何地方或者方法找回该提示框

预期：
能够找回或者无法取消该提示框
