It doesn't work for the most recent release of ICTCLAS

When I import cnseg, error happens:
ImportError: /.../ICTCLAS50_Linux_RHAS_64_C/API/_cnseg.so: undefined symbol: _Z26ICTCLAS_ImportUserDictFilePKc9eCodeTy

I haven't been very active on keeping up with the latest version. However it should work just fine with ICTCLAS version 5.0 as is documented in readme. But feel free to fork. I don't think it takes a huge effort to adapt to latest version.

I can not resolve this error. Maybe it's not caused by the new version. Maybe I don't config something correctly.
