Generate a standard Tuya magic-spell/magic-packet if known to be Tuya device?

An idea if possible could be to include an option to generate a standard Tuya “magic spell” / "magic packet" if known to be Tuya device:

A related idea would be to create more generic tests with examples of Tuya spell (based on existing zha-quirks tests for Tuya clusters):
