What is not easy to do right now?
The Endpoint API is half baked and doesn't solve a lot of the use-cases.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should deprecate this API and work on alternative solutions such as ZIO API.

Why is it important?
It interferes with our goal of releasing version 1.0 to our users.
