What version of Visual Studio are you using? Make sure you have installed the Windows SDK. You may need to tweak build tools and SDK versions in project properties to match the installed versions. |

The provided project is for VS 2019, but 2022 should work as well, there's little difference between these versions. BTW, you can download the latest automatic build here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/zipper9/blacklink/build/artifacts |

I have checked it with a fresh install of VS 2022 Community and it works fine. Try resetting changes to project files and reopening solution. Also make sure the Desktop Development with C++ feature is installed. |
