Is your feature or enhancement request related to a problem or limitation? Please describe

The Imperative Wiki contains a lot of information that could be useful for developers or extenders. It has not been updated in a while and may be difficult for people to find.

Describe your enhancement idea

We should consider bringing the content from that repo's wiki into this repository. The information would probably need to be updated to account for changes in imperative.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We could leave the wiki in the archived imperative repository. I am not aware of applications outside of Zowe that make use of imperative, so it could also make sense to reduce the amount of information that we copy over (focusing more on Zowe CLI extenders rather than people developing their own CLI programs).

I copied the wiki over. The content will need to be cleaned up a bit.
