Changelog popup should be dismissable by clicking an X or clicking outside the popup box instead of scrolling then clicking X

Describe alternatives you've considered
I suggest that the popup have an X in the top right to dismiss it, and i also believe if you click outside the popup box that the box should also dismiss. I believe if there is a major breaking change then a confirmation box could be useful to force a user to agree they read / understand.
