[feat] Indicate version of Command Class

When debugging user problems, it's often useful to know which version of a Command Class a device implements.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add CC version to the JSON dump
2. Add CC version to the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If the user is using the HA Z-Wave JS integration, that debug dump includes the information.

Additional context

For the JSON dump, HA includes the CC version in each Value, which is redundant but makes it easy to find. It also includes the complete list of CCs the device supports, and their versions. Sometimes there are no values for a CC. I don't think Z2M includes this CC list.

For the UI, perhaps the version number could just be added to the Values Command Classes heading.
