刚安装好系统的时候登录界面设置正常，当导入eagle数据库之后，过段时间想重新设置登录界面信息，登录界面css错乱，无法正常显示页面 #19

发现一个问题，当我初次安装好程序运行的时候，一切正常，当我把基本网站信息设置好之后，导入eagle数据，过段时间再次去设置登录页信息的时候，界面css错乱，无法正常显示。

下面图一是界面发生错误的位置入口

下面图二是我导入eagle数据之后，CSS界面无法加载的样子。
