The EMEP/MSC-W model version used for the EMEP status reporting of the year 2013 - rv4.4 - is released, together with a set of input data and a full year model results for the years 2010 and 2011,
under GPL license v3.

This release contains the following set of information:

  • a complete set of 'input data' to allow for model runs for years 2010 and 2011
  • the open source 'model code' of the EMEP/MSC-W model version rv4_4
  • 'model results' for the years 2010 and 2011 for comparison of a successful run

Although all the aforementioned datasets can be retrieved directly from our
ftp server (ftp://ftp.met.no/projects/emep/OpenSource/201309/),
the preferred retrieval method is via the catalog tool:

catalog.py -R rv4_4
