Currently Blocky will stop functioning alltogether refuses to start if it can't reach the mysql server. It would be nice if there was an option to force start blocky even if mysql isn't reachable so at least dns resolution works.

This would happen only on start (fail fast to response on configuration errors). If MySQL goes down later, it would just affect the query log, the DNS resolution will work normally
