- increasing the trusting_period allowed us to observe successful handshakes between agoriclocal and osmosis-test. it likely doesn't need to be as large 24h for testing, but 75s seems to be too small. - it's also a requirement that unbonding_time > trusting_period, so we set the unbonding time to 48h
