Description of the Change

This PR fixes the Notices in Network mode when ElasticPress is activated on individual sites.

Closes #

How to test the Change

  • Install ElasticPress in network mode
  • Go to an individual site and activate ElasticPress
  • Visit the Network dashboard and observe that there are no notices shown on the frontend.
