Describe the bug

Recommended Content Block has stopped working on the develop branch. When we edit "Recommended Content Block" from the block editor it shows This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed. error along with some console errors. Based on console errors it seems the issue is due to recent changes in TaxonomyControls component in the PR #609

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create/edit a Page
  2. Add a new "Recommended Content Block"
  3. You will see the error This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed. along with some console errors.
