Description of the Change
We've made some tweaks to the default Issue and PR templates in our https://github.com/10up/.github repo, but that means we need to make the same changes to the various templates in our other repos. Since the templates in this repo have nothing unique to Simple Local Avatars, this PR removes the local templates and we will now fall back to the default ones from the .github repo.
Alternate Designs
Keep as-is, but make all upstream updates here?
Benefits
No longer out-of-date templates.
