Updates mainly for Rasp Pi4/400
Simplify Raspberry Pi install. An SD card image is now provided. The installer will start automatically on first boot.
Pi Os updated/upgraded.
Readme/Instructions updated.

pygame was updated to version 2.1.0 on Windows and Pi

DKAFE v0.26f

Add "KonkeyDong" rom hack and plugin.
romlist.csv was updated. KonkeyDong is now the final rom to be unlocked in the default frontend.
Update DKWolf build to be based on WolfMAME v0.236
Validate DKONG.ZIP rom using MD5 and issue error when problem detected
Update the LUA OS detection logic
Raspberry Pi now supports external sound effects for DKShooter and DKChorus plugins

b) Detection of alternative DKONG.ZIP files and automatic patching to fix

c) Explicitly set "-video opengl" argument for DKwolf on Windows

d) Fix stupid bug with action button causing frontend to crash - when displaying slot numbers.

e) Pauline announces options when Jumpman is facing a machine: "Push P1 START for options or push JUMP to play".
DK Junior options for coaching and chorus were removed as they were incorrectly set.

f) Raspberry Pi installation was simplified. An image need to be burned to an SD card (min 4gb size) and the DKAFE installer will start automatically on first boot.

DKAFE v0.25

Launch menu shows minutes played for recordings.
Recordings are flagged as favourite if they run for 10 or more minutes (by default). Can be changed in settings

DKAFE v0.24

Option to "Launch game with chorus" was added to launch menu.

DKAFE v0.21

SKILL_LEVEL setting between 1 and 10. 1 is default read from the settings file for Beginner.
Skill level acts as a multiplier for the target scores required to earn coins.

Increase the number of recordings which are displayed on the launch menu to 8.
Flag any recordings that are above 100kb in size (configurable in settings) with love heart so they are easier to find in the list.

Clean up the frontend sounds to remove noise -as reported by Hitesh

DKAFE v0.20

Add DK Japan version support
Add setting SHOW_SPLASHSCREEN on start of frontend
Improved performance launching emulator on Raspberry Pi using Window Management. It's much quicker to launch MAME in a window then switch the window to fullscreen.
Add settings EMU_ENTER and EMU_EXIT to specify optional commands to run before and after entering the emulator. Some defaults were provided for Raspberry Pi.
Set Jumpman's status to "Not ready to play" when game is paused
Fix some bugs with overwriting text because Pauline had too much to say.

DKAFE v0.19 BETA

Add DK Barrels Only hack

Update DK Pies and DK Rivets to use the relevant board in attract mode

Add ALLOW_COIN_TO_END_GAME setting
(Allows push of coin during gameplay to trigger end of game, sacrificing all remaining lives. This allows a score to be registered after reaching your target points.

DKAFE v0.18

Add Window management to Raspberry Pi installer to force focus back to DKAFE after returning from emulator. This was causing issue after playback only. Set default frontend to use "wmctrl" in settings.txt.

Update "What's next" with more development ideas.
