Power BI HR Dashboard

This repository contains the Power BI HR Dashboard, which provides an interactive and visual representation of HR-related metrics. The dashboard tracks employee headcount, salary distribution, leave balances, qualification analysis, and more.

It is designed to help HR departments make data-driven decisions by presenting critical metrics in an easy-to-understand format.

Overview

The dashboard provides the following insights:

• Headcount: Total number of employees, displayed by gender and over time.
• Average Salary: Visual breakdown of average salary by job title and qualification.
• Leave Balance: Displays the average leave balance by job title and cumulative leave balances over time.
• Qualification Analysis: Correlation between qualifications and salary across various job roles.

Dashboard Insights

Headcount

• Displays total employee headcount and percentage breakdown by gender.
• Shows headcount over time with a cumulative growth line.

Salary

• Provides a detailed salary breakdown by job title, gender, and qualification.
• Average salary displayed prominently for quick insights.

Leave Balance

• Tracks average leave balance across different job titles.
• Identifies job titles with the highest and lowest leave balances.

Qualification Analysis

• Visualizes the relationship between employee qualifications and salary.

How to Use

1. Open the Live Dashboard: Use the live dashboard link provided above.
2. Interactive Exploration: Apply filters on job title, qualification, and more to gain personalized insights.
3. Download the .pbix file (if available): For further customization, download the Power BI file and adjust it based on your organization's needs.
