Following in the footsteps of @mbland's fork at mbland/hubot-slack-github-issues, which makes this just a Hubot script wrapper around the more general-purpose slack-github-issues module.
Updates the module version to 2.0 because it has some subtle but breaking changes due to updated requirements in the config from slack-github-issues.
No longer has tests since it's just a passthrough. I've turned off the build settings on Travis.
This will close #51
