Description:

Attempt to add Shelly Plus 1 board from docs, need proper testing with a device before integration

Thanks to @blakadder (board page), Kalin Dimitrov (initial identification of pins), ESPHome (descriptive page of the board), and Tasmota (providing a platform compatible with the solo).

Would be nice to support the PM model as well, which additionally also measures the power.

Note that the overtemperature protection is not implemented in the firmware.
