How to get working on distro with ImageMagick7

I can't install the luaMagick rock on Fedora 39 because Fedora has updated to ImageMagick version 7. Anyone have any work-arounds? It looks like the luaMagick repo is abandoned.

Example: luarocks install luamagick MAGICKCORE_6_Q16_DIR=/usr/local

dnf provides libMagickCore-6*

We use the magick rock, not the luamagick rock.
