Finally fixed some long-standing bugs 😅

This release now requires the latest ITGMania release to function. StepMania 5.1 and Project Outfox are no longer supported.

Changes since v1.1:

• GrooveStats Integration! - Add automatic score submission/fetching via GrooveStats
• Import Visual Delay and Judgement Tilt from mainline Simply Love
• Show a preview of certain settings in Advanced Player Options
• Add more configuration options for group descriptions, preview them on Select Music better
• Fix FA+ timing windows and re-add FA+ mode (for now)
• Add a special holiday background to the Potatoes theme, and add some extra flair to the title screen/(new!) in-game backgrounds

And in more minor news:

• Fix the steps display list accidentally hiding charts
• Allow Thonk mode to be activated for the current set by players on the title screen
• Better SL color handling

This will most likely be the last release to officially support a wide range of StepMania clients.

My plans here aren't final, but there's some engine-specific features I'd like to try out that would make maintaining compatibility across all the currently supported clients extremely challenging. Keep your eyes peeled for new developments 👀

• New background and logo graphics (Thanks, Yumry!)
• Lots of animation polish across several screens
• Pro mode music wheel revamp
• Added two-part difficulty selection to Pro mode
• Casual mode options menu tweak (removed speedmod option, show more difficulties)

• Loading screen tips
• Default song list applies to all game modes
• Various USB memory card-related visual tweaks
• Custom Genre and Event sort options in Pro mode

Oh hey I haven't made a release for this yet... well now feels just as good a time as any.

Added:
Everything we've changed since initially making the fork (really, everything in Readme.md is a feature new to this release). For future reference:

• StepMania 5.3 support
• A new font, potato visual style, and LOTS of new visual tweaks and animation flair across the theme
• Improved style selection for casual players
• An option to immediately fail players out of their set at a certain miss combo, PIU/ITG-style.
• Casual mode's music wheel now has a more standard cover flow style to it
• The option to show configurable news images to memory card users and in attract mode

And for minor stuff:

• Splash text on the title screen
• Default style choices depending on whether a USB memory card is in use
• Menu music can be changed independently from the visual style
• Configurable descriptions/rating scale information for song groups
• "Modfile" groups - can highlight songs from certain packs and warn new players.
• Improved attract loop, now with demo play
• Added SM's cab lighting test
• Many easter eggs and bug fixes!
