Update For Cura 5.0
Add new option : Set Standard Settings ( Not checked the gloabl settings are not applied to your profile)
Add link via small button to the Wiki page concerning the settings

UniversalCuraSettings-v7.9.0-2022-05-20T12_45_37Z.curapackage-> Cura 4.10-Cura 4.13

Drop the curapackage according to your Cura release in the 3d viewport in Cura as if you were opening a 3d model. You will then be prompted to restart Cura.
