Looks like the extract text plugin has now been updated to work with use etc.

Might be worth looking into https://github.com/andywer/webpack-blocks (not 100% sold yet though)

Tried webpack-blocks, imo it makes things more complicated than they need to be, makes the config less flexible and would be yet another dep to potentially cause problems.

I have taken inspiration from it however when updating the config here -- #80
