Job Auto-Complete

An upgrade card that can be applied to ME Interfaces. Any job issued by the ME Interface will be auto-completed as soon as it starts, without waiting for the outputs.

In particular, this is very useful when all you want is to dump items into an inventory, the output part of the Encoded Pattern being something bogus. Think paper.
