Add new paramter `resegmentShape` to control this behaviour. This allows the user to also use the resegmented mask for shape calculation, e.g. in the usecase of PET, where a resegementation based on SUV may be performed (e.g. to obtain mean tumor volume). Addtionally, update documentation to reflect new resegmentation modes.
