Hey @stnava , what do you think about the additional flexibility allowed by this commit? Given that I finished the BRATs evaluation, should we keep it? As a reminder, it would allow you to change the deformable metric parameter for the antsRegistrationSyN* options, e.g., radius of 2 for CC or number of bins for MI metric. I'd get rid of the "brats" transform before merging, though.
