  • Add new workflow for PR builds which is much faster and complete.
  • Switch download of GCC toolchain to carlosperate/arm-none-eabi-gcc-action@v1 action from @carlosperate / @microbit-carlos.
  • Fix issues with ccache persistence across builds.
  • Update other dependencies
