Thanks to @Strykus for letting me know about this.

Phase shift head had the wrong path, and was writing into the phase shift gear texture. This update aims to resolve that.

Advocate now has a Nose Art Creator tool. For a tutorial on this, check the README

(note: some of the vanilla textures are "wrong", they got changed later in development and we dont have any good way to rip the newer versions yet)
