Release 2.0.5 - Fix for Phase Shift head
Thanks to @Strykus for letting me know about this.
Phase shift head had the wrong path, and was writing into the phase shift gear texture. This update aims to resolve that.

Release 1.4.1 - Streaming bug fix
Fixes an issue with some mipmaps not being generated/converted properly.

- Starpak files are now generated, meaning textures are streamed (woo, performance)
