Extension to create Manga style images

This is an extension that is currently being maintained and developed.
Users can edit cartoon-style images with simple and limited functionality.

seems to works withous issue

but no offence, I don't know if this is that useful as I think painting software design from the ground up for making manga works much better then a web interface, maybe this is for some amature?
