allow use zoom.js outside webui context [for extensions]

Description

Hello. Inside my extension I use gr.mount_gradio_app, and there I use window.applyZoomAndPanIntegration. It doesn't work there because it requires tabs with specific element ids, and I had to use modifyed version of zoom.js. Now I've understood it's not a big deal to patch zoom.js to allow work outside webui context
