I am using the latest version of FireFox (70.0.1 - 64-bit) and just installed your add-on, twice. I accepted the agreement both times but couldn't find an icon for Fakespot anywhere on my browser. I closed FireFox and reopened it ... still no icon or other visible access to Fakespot. Please advise.

Have you visited a product page on one of the supported sites? The icon is added to the URL bar only on pages that it can perform some action on, not the general browser bar.

I am also having this issue in Firefox 70.0.1. I have accepted the agreement and I am visiting a product page on a supported site (amazon.com) but I have no icon showing up.

Do you have this 3 dot icon in your url bar? It might be under that if you have other extensions putting icons into the url bar as well.

I checked and yes, I do have that. I'm not sure why this add-on gets relocated to that menu while others do not; when I temporarily disabled your add-on and enabled the ReviewMeta Analyzer add-on, their icon showed up in the bar without issue, even though the number of other icons remained the same.

I'm not sure how it decides what goes where.

It used to work just fine, but now, even though installed, it does not show up on toolbar, 3-dot icon dropdown menu, or the Customize section.

I see it listed in add-ons and it's enabled.

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck.

I really like it and wish it would come back to life.

Try this real quick, go to "about:profiles" in your url bar, click "Create a New Profile", name the new profile something like "test", it doesn't really matter. Once the new profile is made click the "Launch profile in new browser" button under it. Install only this extension and see if it works. Once that is done you can close the new window, click the "Remove" button under the new profile you just made, and delete the new profile files.

If the extension works then either something got messed up in the storage or another extension is interfering with it somehow.
