Chronic Kidney disease is one of the major diseases which is affecting large group of population, identifying the disease in time will reduce much of the complications and fatality rate. In this project we will be training the model on historical data, which is related to kidney health. The main aim of the project is predicting whether a person has chronic kidney disease on not and the model will do the predictions with greater accuracy.
