In my fork of tts-wrapper we have a basic support for MMS. Its great - no keys, and offline. So we should make this default

Try it out to get voices and then synth/speak synth_with bytes

Also we've done a ton of work in that fork to support other engines including ssml in the py3-tts project. Have a look at that
