ADDED - A basic stationery rest stance if stay stationery for too long (beta). (Aceearly1993)
ADDED - Two more regulations in global event as an attempt to fix a bug that you'll occasionally lose collision to a platform if you flip down from a stair when the platform in question is right below the stair.
