Did not try to compile it, but this changes make sense now. These packages are more mature and stable now, we don't need to use old builds anymore.
Also, if using latest causes trouble, we should update the code, not depend on exact packages since it would complicate things for other setups in the system.

since we use debs now for compiling some cmake fixes were necessary
