Using the Agate plugin for J2store

Prerequisites

• Last Version Tested: Joomla 3.8.1 J2store 3.2.26

You must have a Agate API Key to use this plugin. It's free visit here .

Installation

The Joomla Extension Manager expects a zip file for installation. The contents of the zip file can be found in the upload subdirectory. Create a zip file of everything in the repository and then follow the configuration instructions below.

Configuration

1. Go to Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Install
2. Browse and select the zip file, click Upload & Install.
3. Go to Manage, and find the plugin under "Agate Payment for j2store", and make sure that the plugin is enabled.
4. Go to Components -> J2Store -> Setup and click on Payment Methods.
5. Select "Agate Payment for j2store" as Payment Method. Be sure to enable it.
6. Get your API Key of your merchant account from Agate.
7. Select "Agate Payment for j2store" and you can now configure your payment plugin, enter your API Key from step 6.
8. Click save and close.
