I made an executable file of this repo for people just wanting to try that.
We finally don't need to understand how this works!
How to use
Download Play_with_DroidCam.zip and extract it.
Execute a file at ./Play_with_DroidCam/dist/capture.exe
Just it!
How I made
Simply I use pyinstaller. pyinstaller -wF capture.py
