Alaska Airlines Pull Request

This PR is a pre-auro clean up that addresses the issues listed below.

Fixes: #11 and #15

Summary:

• remove CSS post-processing Remove CSS post processing for other-than component use #11
• remove postcss-remove-selectors package Remove postcss-remove-selectors package #15
• clean out unsed packages
• update package versions for generator and package template
• adds support for automated name addition to contributors list of package.json
• address issues with peer dependencies
• ass post-install notification
