Summary:
The scope of this update is to create a centrally processed and distributed version of the demo page CSS. This CSS file can be used by all Auro CE demos (removing the need to process locally) and the display of demo pages on the Auro doc site.
Once this is merged, AlaskaAirlines/WC-Generator#178 can be resolved.
