Summary
This release aims to be functional up to wining the first gym badge. Many moves of Pokemon above level 10 will likely be missing at this point.

Windows Installation
Download and unzip ProjectRetroWin32.zip to a folder of preference, and run the executable ProjectRetro.exe, inside the bin folder
