NNRTF v0.1.0

This is a pre-release. The full fusion functionality is still not available due to extra weighing used in NNRT point cloud alignment that do not directly translate to any prior fusion-based reconstruction algorithm. Here we summarize all the work done on top of the original NNRT repository so far towards a full reconstruction pipeline for dynamic scenes before adding configuration file processing.

The first release will most likely be done in a separate repository (not this fork), since NNRT code needs to be completely overhauled for proper integration. We will retain citation info to credit the original authors.
