missing VBN behavior sessions for mouse 506940 #2453

Describe the bug
Mouse 506940 doesn't appear to have any behavior sessions in the VBN behavior sessions table, though there are behavior sessions for this mouse in LIMS.

The problem is that this mouse is still alive and our _filter_on_death_date function does not know how to handle death_on is None.

We have updated LIMS so that this mouse has a non-NULL death date
