-This is mostly a copy of the "rtl8721d" variant, so the "boards.txt" file still needs some final updates. -Modified the variant.cpp to work with the new pin mapping on the new hardware. Also changed UART0_TX/UART0_RX to pins on new hardware so Serial1 will work.
